Fraser Valley Academy of Dance, under the artistic direction of John C. Carney, offers superior dance training with specialized focus on classical ballet and contemporary dance.
The Academy provides students with varied training throughout the year in the Classical Ballet School, Pre-Professional Academy, Summer Programs and Performance opportunities.
With a teaching staff of professionally trained former dancers, as well as teachers with international diplomas in Performing Arts and Teacher Training, the Academy offers students an exceptional opportunity to achieve their highest potential, resulting in over 120 invitations to ballet company schools and performing arts colleges.
Since July, 2008, Fraser Valley Academy of Dance has been owned by John C. Carney, Artistic Director, with his wife, Carolyne Carney, as School Administrator. The Academy offers superior dance training with specialized focus on classical ballet, contemporary dance and musical theatre.
