Fraser Valley Academy of Dance Photo Days

Our School Photo Days will be June 20th-21st this year.

We are very pleased that award-winning Revival Arts will be handling our photos this year!

Order Forms

Please print off one FVAD Photo Day 2015 Order Form per student, per dance or group photo.  Additional information on payments and item selection can be found on the order form.

You will hand in your order forms on the day to the photographer with your payment of cash or cheque to Revival Arts.
