Russian Vaganova ballet class

We were very pleased to offer Russian Vaganova ballet class this August with Ms Irina Lavrova!

Ms Lavrova was a principal dancer with the Odessa Opera and Ballet Theatre where she danced for 18 years before emigrating to Canada.  Prior to her professional career, she trained for 8 years at the Kiev State Choreographic School where she was taught by one of the last students of the famous Agrippina Vaganova.

Ms Lavrova joins us for the 2018-19 school year to offer Vaganova classes on Wednesday for Ballet levels 3 and above.  We are extremely fortunate to have her on our staff.
