School Photo Days 2024

All students may have their photograph taken in costume by Revival Arts Photography at FVAD’s School Photo Days 2024 on Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, June 16, on the weekend before our school show.

This is a wonderful opportunity to obtain high quality images by an award-winning photographer.

Click on the link above to view the times for each class.  Here’s the overview:

• • Saturday, June 15: 4pm to 7:30pm
    • Students in class levels 6-12
  • Sunday, June 16:  9:00am to 12:30pm
    • Students in Pre-School, Pre-Primary, Primary and class levels 1-5
  • Classes run as usual on Saturday, June 15, 9am to 3pm.

Please arrive at FVAD at the Arrive Time, and collect your child at the Pick-Up Time in the schedule above.  Additional time has already been scheduled for students to be changed in and out of costume between these times.

Each student has an individual and group photo taken in their costume(s).

• • NO PRE-PAYMENTS OR PRE-ORDERS ARE REQUIRED.
  • Families can decide later if they wish to purchase the individual and/or group photo.
  • Photos will be uploaded to view and order by July.

• • Students performing in the school show will be photographed in their group photo and an individual photo for each of their dances.
  • Students not performing in the school show may still have their photograph taken, and may borrow a costume.  (Please inform the office ahead of time in this case.
  • Additional photos with siblings or friends may also be arranged, but may require pre-payment.  Please ask at the office for this to be added to the schedule.

Please attend your class photo even if you don’t plan to purchase.  

• • If you decide to purchase a photo later, your child’s photo(s) will be available to you.
  • These wonderful photos are also used for promotional purposes, and as an archive of our current and former students.

• LOG IN USING THE LINK ABOVE 
  • Students’ names are all in the system, so you just enter your child’s name to add them to your account if it’s your first time using the system.
  • If your child’s name is not found, please contact our office for help.
  • Once you add a child to your account, you can then view their photos and order digital and/or printed materials.

Each family will receive a unique code to view/order their child’s photos:

• • Group photos will be visible to all our of families.
  • Individual photos will only be accessible using your unique code(s).
  • Printed orders will be placed by July to be available in August.
  • Digital orders can be placed anytime from June 30, and will be processed immediately.
