The Summer programs provide the essential training over the long summer break to ensure students retain their dance fitness and enhance their performance techniques.

Each of our programs brings children together to enhance their training in a fun, challenging and nurturing environment, developing new skills along with new friendships!
All Summertime students perform for family and friends at the end of each week.
Summertime Teachers
Students have an exceptional opportunity to be trained by an international staff of former professional dancers, as well as certified teachers with national diplomas from full-time performing arts and teacher-training colleges. Learn more about our teachers.
Out-of-Town Students
For out-of-town students, we can recommend hotel accommodation at the Best Western Plus Mission City. International students, or any student wishing to stay with a host family, please contact us for Homestay options.
Tiny Tots Dance Camps
Enjoy a fun-filled week of dance! Our dance camps provide a fun and creative environment for younger students to explore movement, musicality and dance-related arts and crafts.
We offer traditional training for your child, providing an introduction to the dance studio in a safe and nurturing environment. Our Tiny Tots studio has viewing windows.
Tiny Tots Dance Class run Monday to Friday, 8:30am-9:30am
- Ages 3-5 yrs : No experience necessary; Everyone is welcome!

Junior Dance Camps
Dance camps and workshops provide a fun and creative environment for younger students to explore movement, musicality and dance-related arts and crafts.
For younger students who simply love to dance! A fun-filled week in the dance studio learning Classical Ballet, Contemporary Ballet, Modern Theatre Dance, Jazz, Choreography, Floor Barre, and Creative Movement, plus dance-related arts-and-crafts.
We provide traditional training in a disciplined and nurturing environment. And it’s always a great place to make new friends!
Dance Camps run Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm daily
- Drop-off from 8am and pick-up to 5pm.
- Ages 5-10 yrs : (no previous experience required)
- New students welcome!
- For beginners, and students entering Ballet Primary and Ballet 1-3 for September

Ballet Intensive Levels A-B
Ballet Intensives offer students an opportunity to expand on their dance training with exposure to professional performance skills such as balletic mime, stage make-up and choreography. Students have a wonderful opportunity to work directly with choreographers, experiencing first-hand the creative process that is involved in the development of dance…while having a lot of fun. 🙂
Our summer intensives enable students to train with former professional dancers, strengthening technique and enhancing artistry. Students train in Classical Ballet, as well as Modern Theatre Dance, Broadway Jazz, Contemporary Ballet, Character Class, Dance History, Stage Make-up, Balletic Mime, Repertoire, Floor Barre, and Choreography. Class selections varies per week.
Private and semi-private lessons may also available during each intensive week for students wishing to learn a classical, contemporary, jazz or modern solo to take back to their own studios for their upcoming competitive season, or simply to improve their dance quality and repertoire. Additional fees apply.
Intensives run Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm daily
- Drop-off from 8am and pick-up to 5:30pm.
- Observation Classes for Family & Friends all day on the final day.

Students will be placed in level A or B
- Placement occurs at the first class of each week, based on ability and experience
- Level A: Ballet level 3-6, or equivalent RAD Gr 3+
- Level B: Ballet level 6-12, or RAD Vocational levels
Daily Dance Drop-ins
Daily Dance Drop-ins allow students to maintain their dance fitness and technique when they are unable to attend a full day or week-long session.
Daily dance drop-ins are offered for all of our dance intensives and camps, where space allows. Registration for drop-in classes begins in July based on space still available in each session.

Private Lessons
Private Lessons provide the option for specializing coaching in private or semi-private lessons in any offered dance discipline chosen by the student. Students may also create their own class groups with friends to have a student-choice lesson.
