Nutcracker 2016 performers information

Find all the Nutcracker 2016 performers information needed to navigate the production, for students, parents and volunteers.  As additional information is available, it will be posted here.

Rehearsal Schedule

The rehearsal schedule lists the date, location and time for each rehearsal for every role from the start of rehearsals until the performances.  Students are also enrolled in their rehearsals on our online system, so rehearsal schedules for each student can be viewed in the class list in the family online account.    Reminders will be emailed to each family the day before each rehearsal to ensure that everyone has plenty of notice.  Please be sure that the email address on your account is up-to-date so that you don’t miss out on your email reminders!

Production Handbook

The production handbook provides all of the behind-the-scenes information to navigate your way through production week, including links to the performance casts, rehearsal and performance schedules, maps to the theatre, hair & make-up requirements, and how to behave in the theatre.  It is generally available in November.

Performance Cast Lists

The performance cast list indicates which students are performing in which role in which performance.  Students are often sharing a role which means that they will not necessarily perform the role in every performance.  Performance cast lists are generally available during October, once a few rehearsals have been done.  Be sure not to purchase your tickets until you are sure in which performance each student will be dancing!

Cast List

The cast list informs students which role they will be performing in and therefore which rehearsals they will need to attend.  It is important for parents and students to read through the full cast list carefully for a student’s name as they are often in more than one role.
