Production Handbook

The Production Handbook provides all of the behind-the-scenes information to navigate your way through production week, including links to the performance casts, rehearsal and performance schedules, maps to the theatre, hair & make-up requirements, and how to behave in the theatre.

Rehearsal Schedule

The rehearsal schedule lists the date, location and time for each rehearsal for every role from the start of rehearsals until the performances.

Students will also be enrolled in their rehearsals in our online system, so rehearsal schedules for each student can be viewed in your family online account under classes.
Reminders are emailed to each family the day before each rehearsal to ensure that everyone has plenty of notice.
Please be sure that the email address on your account is up-to-date so that you don’t miss out on your email reminders!

Performance Cast List

The cast list is the same for both 2pm and 7pm performances, except for Lead Arabian.

Cast List

The cast list informs students which role they will be performing in and therefore which rehearsals they will need to attend. It is important for parents and students to read through the full cast list carefully for a student’s name as they are often in more than one role.
