Nutcracker 2023 – Cast Lists online

Our Nutcracker 2023 cast list and rehearsal schedules are now online!

• Rehearsals are at FVAD on weekends outside class times from Sep 30 to Dec 2, and Dec 6.
  • Most students will rehearse for 30-60 minutes on those weekends.
• Rehearsals are at the Clarke Theatre on Dec 7-8 in after school hours.
• Performances are Saturday, Dec 9, 2pm and 7pm at the Clarke Theatre in Mission.

Please ensure students can attend their rehearsals before accepting their role(s).

• We understand that families may have ceremonies to attend on Sep 30 and Nov 11.
  • Due to the very few rehearsal days available, we have still scheduled rehearsals on those days for students who can attend.
• If you know you will be absent, please let us know which day(s) you will miss.
  • Students can share roles if needed, and it’s easier to plan if we know in advance.
• We have only 10 rehearsal Saturdays before the production week!

Nutcracker production fees will be added to accounts for Oct 1 and Dec 1.

• If anyone cannot commit to their rehearsals, please us me know before October 1 and the fees will be removed from your account.

If we have missed anyone from the list, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Students are eligible from Ballet Pre-Primary, Ballet Primary and Ballet 1-12.
• We hope to include everyone who wishes to take part!

• There are 702 seats at the Clarke Theatre, so there’s plenty of time to purchase tickets.

• It’s best to wait for the Performance Cast List before purchasing your tickets
  • Not all students will perform their role(s) in both 2pm and 7pm performances
  • Performance cast lists should be available by mid-October.

• We are continuing to hold one empty seat between orders for social distancing. 
  • This sometimes causes issues in the ticketing system.
  • If you have difficulty purchasing seats in multiple rows, try purchasing one row at a time.
  • If you have difficulty purchasing a seat that should be available, please let us know.

Bring your friends and family to the Clarke Theatre on Saturday, December 9, at 2pm and 7pm for our Nutcracker 2023 Re:Imagined!
