School Photo Days 2023

All students have the option of having their photograph taken in costume by Revival Arts Photography at FVAD’s School Photo Days 2023 on  Saturday, June 17, the weekend before our school show.

This is a wonderful opportunity to obtain extremely high quality images by an award-winning photographer.  The schedule and order forms are below.

FVAD Photo Day – Schedule 2023 (3pm to 9:30pm)

• Students performing in the school show are photographed in a group photo for each dance, and may also purchase an individual pose as well as the group photo.
• Classes run as usual on Saturday, June 17, to 3pm.  Photos are after classes.
• Students not performing in the school show may still have their photograph taken, and may borrow a costume if desired.  (Please inform the office ahead of time so as to be scheduled in the Photo Day schedule in this case)

FVAD Photo Day – Online Orders 2023   

• PLEASE ATTEND YOUR GROUP PHOTO EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT PURCHASING:  We encourage all students to attend their dance group photo as there is no charge to be in this photo.  We use these photos for promotional purposes, and as an archive of our current and former students.

Log in using the link above.  Students’ names are already in the system, so you then add your child(ren) to your account in order to shop.

• Once you enter their name, the system will confirm that it has found their name and you can add it.
• If the name is not found, please contact our office to confirm the spelling in our system as that is what has been used.

Once you add a child, you can then view the available options and prices for digital and printed materials.

Every student will have an individual photo taken on Photo Day, whether you place an order online or not.

• However, if you know that you do not want a photo of a particular dance, please let the photographer know so that he doesn’t use up time taking the photo.

Photos will be uploaded to view by June 25.

• Everyone will receive a unique code for their child in each of their dances after Photo Day to be used to place orders.
  • Group photos will be visible to all of you.
  • Individual photos will only be accessible using your unique code(s).

You can pre-order and pre-pay for your photo package now, and then just use your code to select the photo you want once they are uploaded.

• Or you can just wait to order online once the photos have been uploaded.
• Pre-orders will offer a discounted price next year, but this year it is all the same price.

You can order digital images to use as you wish, or you can order printed materials.

• The deadline to place orders for printed material is July 16, and will then take 1-2 weeks.
• Orders for digital images can be placed anytime, and will be processed immediately (once photos are uploaded from June 25).

• Please arrive at FVAD at the Arrive Time, and collect your child at the Pick-Up Time.
• Additional time has already been scheduled for students to be changed in and out of costume between these times.
