Japan ballet audition tour – Nov 12 at FVAD
October 8, 2016A group of ten Japanese ballet students will be arriving in November for the Japan ballet audition tour at Fraser Valley Academy of Dance for our September 2017 school year, as well as the summer 2017 ballet intensives.
We are so honoured to be welcoming our first group of Japanese ballet students to be auditioning for our Academy.
As part of The Admissions Co’s Fall 2016 Canadian Ballet Audition Tour, the students will fly to BC from Japan on November 11 to audition at the Academy on November 12. They then fly out the next day to continue their 10-day audition tour at Canada’s National Ballet School, School of Alberta Ballet, Victoria Ballet Academy and the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School.

The Admission Co is a Japanese study-abroad and cultural exchange company with offices in Osaka and Tokyo. The company president, Mr. Kobayashi, visited our Academy this August, and then arranged for two of his students to train with us from Tokyo for the final week of our summer ballet intensives.
