Classes Cancelled Dec 1

Classes are cancelled today, Wednesday, Dec 1.  We have decided to close for one more day while the next rainfall passes over our area later this afternoon.

Although the conditions seem clear at the moment, heavy rainfall is expected to return this afternoon through tonight.  With the number of staff and families coming from outside of Mission, as well as continuing localized flooding, evacuation alerts and mudslides occurring in our region, we would rather play it overly cautious than have anyone in an unsafe situation.

The forecast is for a very dry Thursday, so we are hopeful that we will have everyone back to their classes then. 🙂
